Body Love NZ is a small business that aims to teach women to love themselves to their inner core through fitness and wellbeing events and the creation of an online community. They wondered how design thinking could be used to help them inspire New Zealand women to love the skin they’re in.
Core Beauty was a team formed to take on this challenge. Through extensive research and analysis of Body Love NZ and the issue they are tackling, we gained an understanding of their audience and the strengths and weaknesses of their business. A big weakness we identified was their lack of promotion which therefore lead to a lack of audience awareness of their business.
We created audience profiles and responded to these profiles with a series of targeted and out-of-the-box marketing ideas. Through mock-ups, user testing, and pilot testing we developed these ideas until finally we presented them to the client in a dossier.
